Companion's Field is a fenced off part of the Palace Complex in Haven, the capital of Valdemar. It contains the Companion's stables, the Sacred Grove and the bell tower that holds the Death Bell. The bell tower is the remaining part of a temple that once stood there.
During the reign of King Kiril, the game kirball was played on a redesigned part of this field. Centuries later, it undoubtedly hosted hurlee as well.[1]
The filed has been described as "several acres of rolling meadow, with low hills, copses of shady trees, and meandering small streams."[2]
