The Bardic Circle, also called the Bardic Council, is a group of Master Bards that acts as a governing body for the Bards of Valdemar.
Housed at the Bardic Collegium in Haven, the Circle determines when trainees are graduated to full Bard status, and deals with any issues concerning Bards throughout the kingdom.
The Circle has seven members appointed by the Bardic Collegium.
