The Breakneedle Street Watchhouse is located on Breakneedle Street in Haven. Among the various artisan and crafting neighborhoods, Breakneedle is considered to be more upper-crust and refined.
Captain Travin Torrell was the lieutenant at Breakneedle before taking the captaincy at the Iron Street Watchhouse. The current commander at Breakneedle is a good friend of his, Captain Rilade.
