Icolan Ar Perdin was the second-in-command of the mercenary company the Skybolts, under Captain Lerryn Twoblades. When the "bandits" (Karsites in disguise) the mercenary forces had trapped in a canyon in Menmellith received reinforcements, the various companies Menmellith had hired, including the Skybolts, were routed. To escape pursuit the company split, with Lerryn and Icolan each leading half. The pursuit focused on Icolan's half, forcing them to continue to split up, scattering in various directions. Eventually, Icolan, along with most of the Skybolts' officers, was killed during the pursuit.
Icolan was described as a "dour little man." (By the Sword)
