The red dot is the present-day location of the k'Treva Vale.
The Tayledras Clan k'Treva, or the Falcon Clan, was one of the original ten Clans of the Kaled'a'in. At the time of the Sundering they made the decision to keep magic, and joined those who became the Tayledras.
