The mare Kellan is the Companion of Herald-Mage Savil Ashkevron.

Savil wanted to succeed her father as the next ruler of Forst Reach, but inheritance laws prevented it. Instead, when she was fourteen she ran away to Haven. Kellan met her on arrival, and Chose her on the spot.
