Lo'isha shena Pretara'sedrin is a mage and a Scrollsworn or Sworn-Shaman of the Shin'a'in. He was one of the new representatives on the Alliance's Grand Council following the assassinations by Tremane's spy. He was also the one who declared an end to the Shin'a'in guardianship, and explained exactly what the tribes had been guarding: Urtho's weapons vault, buried in the Plains in the base of what remained of Urtho's Tower.
He is described as having a "pearly smile"[1] and a "deep, impressive voice."[2]
