Little is known of the Lord Marshal's Herald save for his/her existence. He or she almost always takes meals with the Court and is not seen much by those of the Collegium. They assist the Lord Marshal in his duties, and hold a permanent seat on the Council.

- Marak - Holds the post during the early part of Theran and Fyllis' reign
- Turag - only holds the post temporarily after Marak is severely injured fighting the Karsites
- Pol - holds the post during the latter part of Theran and Fyllis' reign
- Joyeaus - held the post at the time Alberich was Chosen, late in King Sendar's reign[1]
- Hedric - holds the post during Talia's time in the Collegium
- Griffon - Companion Harevis, one of Talia's yearmates and a FireStarter
