Young Keth're'son shena Tale'sedrin, a great-grandchild of Kethryveris shena Tale’sedrin (Kethry), has found and trained his own mount, per Shin'a'in custom. However, the horse is actually a disguised Companion who has Chosen him. He had his life planned out as a Shin'a'in, and has no wish to go to Haven to train his Mage-Gift. Skybolts mage-adept Quenten hires him to escort a mage to Haven to give him more time to decide.
