Turag is the temporary Lord Marshal’s Herald after Herald Marak is injured. He is uncomfortable with the role due to his inexperience and proposes to Lord Weldon that Herald Pol take the role as Pol’s experience and relationship with Lavan Firestorm would benefit Valdemar more. Turag returns to the unit he was working with once Pol accepts the role.
